Small loans come with an interest rate of 2-3% p.a. and relaxed collateral conditions.
Maximum loan size up to EUR 250 000
Interest rate 3-4 % p.a.
Loan term up to 10 years in case of purchase of real estate up to 15 years
Relaxed collateral requirements:
- Up to EUR 25 000 without collateral;
- Up to EUR 50 000 collateral is a commercial pledge of the company;
- Up to EUR 100 000 secured by a commercial mortgage of the company and a guarantee by the owner of up to 10% of the loan amount;
Own contribution to the project between 0%-10%.
Loan applications can be submitted by companies up to 7 years old or by individuals wishing to start a business.

Cash flow – starting from EUR 200.00
Maximum loan size up to EUR 250 000

If you need a loan for any of the following purposes –
- energy efficiency,
- digitisation,
- construction of rental housing
then a loan with a capital discount will be the right source of funding.
Upon successful completion of the project, the principal amount of 30-35% is forgiven, depending on the type of programme.
Maximum loan amount up to EUR 5 000 000,00.
Reduced loan rates starting from 1.9% per annum.
